On your request, we will arrange the reverse pickup. The returned item is expected to reach our warehouse within 7 to 10 days.
After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end.
Once your return is accepted, we will issue a gift card or credit note (after deducting the to and fro shipping charges from the original order). For damaged items, we will replace them with the same product.
The credit note will be E-mailed to your registered email ID within 3 working days after we receive the returned product.
There will be no monetary refund, only gift card will be provided.
A gift card of product value will be provided you on your email.
We will not entertain any request if you contact us after 24 hours from the receiving the order.
