Each of our products are carefully handcrafted and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be very slight difference as they are handmade entirely.

• You have to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
• Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products, with all labels and tags completely intact, and in original packaging are eligible for return.
• No returns & refunds for international orders.
• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for handmade, fabric, or beaded jewellery.

The process for a return:

• Please request a return here https://shopify.com/60660842652/account by using your registered email address.
• On your request, we will arrange the reverse pickup. The returned item is expected to reach our warehouse within 7 to 10 days.
• After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end.
• Once your return is accepted, we will issue a gift card or credit note (after deducting the to and fro shipping charges from the original order). For damaged items, we will replace them with the same product. 
• The credit note will be E-mailed to your registered email ID within 3 working days after we receive the returned product.
• There will be no monetary refund, only gift card will be provided.
• A gift card of product value will be provided you on your email.
• We will not entertain any request if you contact us after 24 hours from the receiving the order.
• Unboxing video is mandatory.
• We will not refund or exchange if we received a used product.
